MURCHISON FALLS TOUR - 4 DAYS UGANDA TOUR TO MURCHISON FALLS NATIONAL PARK

Day 1 – GUIDE’S BRIEFING AND TRANSFER TO MASINDI

Take your break fast and leave Kampala for Masindi. Visit the Rhino sanctuary and after transfer to at Masindi for lunch. Drive to the magnificent top of the dramatic Murchison Falls, deafening through a narrow gorge. If you are not so tired, the guide will take you around for an  a brief evening game drive before your retire for dinner and over night at . Nile Camp/Paraa / Sambiya River lodge / Red Chillis camp

Day 2 HIPPOS AND CROCODILE VIEWING ON THE LAUNCH CRUISE

You will search for game in the northern bank of the park where by the guide will be at your disposal  as he explains the life styles of these mammals and some few birds. Expect to see Giraffe, Lions, The Uganda Kob, Oribis, Water Bucks, Heartbeest and after take lunch  Later take a launch trip from Paraa to the bottom of the mighty frothy falls. Game viewing along the river is stunning, with some of the largest crocodiles left in Africa, hippos, elephants and birds, including the rare shoebill stork, basking on the banks of the Nile. Return for dinner and over night at your lodge.

Day 3
In the morning you visit the delta circuit, north of the river with its giraffe, lion and Ugandan kob. Relax at your lodge. Evening game drive.

Day 4 Chimp Tracking

Leave for Pabidi in Budongo forest for a guided nature walk to track chimpanzees. Locating the chimps is easier between May and August as fruits are more readily available. Return to Kampala (HB).
